Salary and Benefits

All of our work is contracted, meaning that you have access to France's excellent benefit system.

Our part-time childcare is paid at a rate of 11.10€ net (around 14€ gross) per hour.

You can earn between 1150 and  1615€ net per month with our full-time CAP Petite Enfance Diploma.

Discover Our Full-time Work/Study Programme

Earn while you learn and obtain a level 3 diploma in Petite Enfance.

This unique bilingual work/study programme allows you to gain hands-on experience working with children 0-6 in the after-school period, whilst spending the daytime learning all about la petite enfance with our partner training centre Paris Institute of Childcare Training.

The only English-speaking CAP Petite Enfance training course in France, this could be your way into the French Early Years school system and the perfect way to earn a full-time salary in Paris whilst speaking English.

35 hours per week from September to July (school holidays off).
